West Perth Physiotherapy
Recovery Done Properly
PhysioLogix is West Perth's physiotherapy clinic for people who take their recovery as seriously as their training. Whether you're lifting, training, doing pole or aerial arts, or recovering from surgery or injury, we're built around active bodies and real rehabilitation. Located on Newcastle Street, we combine hands-on physio and evidence based practice with reformer Pilates and a gym setup so you can train and recover in the same space. Open six days a week, we see patients from Leederville, Subiaco, Mount Hawthorn, and across the inner suburbs.

What Makes PhysioLogix Different
PhysioLogix is a small, dedicated clinic — and that's deliberate. You'll see the same physiotherapist at every appointment, not a different face each time who has to re-read your notes before they can help you. Your physio tracks your progress, adjusts the plan as you improve, and builds a genuine picture of how your body moves and responds over time. That continuity consistently produces better outcomes than high-volume, rotating-roster clinics.
Your first session is a full assessment. Posture, joint movement, muscle dynamics, and movement patterns — we don't skip the detail to get you on the table faster. By the end of that initial appointment you'll know exactly what's causing your problem, not just where it hurts, and you'll have a clear plan for fixing it.
We're also set up differently to most physio clinics. The clinic has a reformer Pilates setup and a gym floor with a squat rack, barbell, and weights, which means your rehabilitation doesn't stop at the treatment table. If getting you back to full function means loading a squat or working through a Pilates program, we can do that in the same session, in the same space.
Conditions We Treat
PhysioLogix treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions. Lower back pain and sciatica are the most common presentations we see — including chronic lower back pain that patients have been managing or ignoring for years. We also treat neck pain and tension headaches, shoulder injuries including rotator cuff tears and impingement, knee conditions including patellofemoral pain and ligament injuries, hip pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and sports injuries across the board.
We work with patients through pre and post operative rehabilitation — if you're preparing for or recovering from surgery, structured physiotherapy makes a significant difference to both the speed and completeness of your outcome.
PhysioLogix is a WorkCover WA registered provider and handles motor vehicle accident claims. If you're unsure whether your situation is covered, call us and we'll give you a straight answer.
Our Team
Vincent Harvey is the principal physiotherapist and owner of PhysioLogix. With over a decade of clinical experience across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, and post operative care, he founded PhysioLogix on a simple principle: that patients deserve to understand their condition properly and to have a treatment plan built specifically around how they live and move — not a generic protocol applied to everyone with the same diagnosis.
Vincent works with a wide range of patients — office workers dealing with desk-related pain, gym-goers and athletes managing load and injury, pole and aerial artists, tradies with occupational wear and tear, and patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery. He is a NIB preferred provider and a WorkCover WA registered physiotherapist, and holds a particular interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and clinical reformer Pilates as tools for long-term recovery.
PhysioLogix is his clinic, his practice, and his patients — he treats everyone himself.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Naomi M
He has diagnosed and treated issues a number of other physios misdiagnosed. He takes the time to understand the background, causes and recovery needs/expectations, setting realistic targets with no unnecessary appointments. Great physio and a nice bloke to top it off!

Jed M
As a chiro I am quite picky about who I see for my own injuries and after recently seeing Vince for an ongoing gym related hip issue I would happily recommend him to others as well as my current patients.

Darren K
After years of lower back issues and trying multiple services with minimum results, I found Vince and have been pain free ever since
